I just recently closed up my storage unit after being a continuous client for over 6 years. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. I cannot imagine that anyone enjoys paying for a storage unit (me being the first!). However, my experience here was worry free (and well worth the price!) - the building, floors and units were always immaculately clean, secure and always accessible. The elevator is quite small for moving things around, but everything does fit, and it is user friendly and always available. Marcel and his team are welcoming, friendly, and communicate changes or issues in a timely fashion. They have been very helpful and solution focused. Thank you for your assistance and keep up the great work!
